Origionally The Thatched Croft comprised of a traditional single story croft house and barn. The house has been recently
renovated, an extension added and the barn converted to give a luxurious two bedroom cottage.

All of the rooms in the croft provide spectacular views across the Moray Firth.
Some of the original features have been replicated, from hand made sash windows to wood clad walls and ceilings, and
the croft has wooden floors throughout. But with the rustic charm come none of the discomforts, the croft is insulated to
modern standards, has a well equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as central heating and a wood burning stove to provide
a really cosy place to stay.

Children, Pets and Smoking
We are totally child friendly, the wide open spaces with very little traffic are brilliant for kids to explore
to their hearts content. For smaller children we can provide a travel cot or mattress protectors, high chair and fire surround
on request.
Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate pets, we have several cats, which tend to roam fairly freely, and would
rather not take the risk of any pet getting injured should they have a disagreement.
We ask that you do not smoke in the house.
Disabled Access
The Thatched croft is a traditional building, and as such, it is all on one level. We welcome guests of
reduced mobility, and will accomodate where possible, any specific requirements.
